**PLEASE** Look at what you are giving as used clothing or shoes and ask yourself the question "Would I wear this?" If the answer is NO please do not send it!
Keep labels and hangers on all new items.
Pack boxes tight and as full as possible. This greatly helps with transportation.
Mark clearly on outside (N) for new and (U) for used.
